The Hills of Indian Creek HOA, incorporated as a non-profit in Texas as Indian Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. is located in west Plano Texas. The HOA is made up of 122 single family residences located around several holes the Clubs of Prestonwood – Hills Country Club. Residences are located on Myrtle Beach Drive, Pelican Bay Drive and Circle, Bermuda Dunes Drive and Shoal Creek Circle. The Collin County and Denton County line runs through the development resulting in residences in either Collin or Denton counties.
Started in 1985, our development was the first one around the county club and was identified as Indian Creek Phase I on the plat maps and Collin and Denton county clerk filings.
