Resale Certificate & Governing Documents

Residences are located in either Collin or Denton Counties and you will need to use the correct county clerk search for the property.  The original development was known as Indian Creek Phase I.  The cost for processing and providing a resale certificate is $375.

The HOA management certificate can be found on the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) website under Indian Creek Homeowners Association, Inc.

The By-Laws and Original Covenants and Amendment 1 to the Covenants are provided below for your convenience.
