Architectural Control Review Request

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is composed of homeowner volunteers who are not members of the HOA Board of Directors. The ACC is responsible for reviewing proposed exterior changes to ensure they are consistent with the community's governing documents and architectural standards.

Before beginning any repair, replacement, addition, or modification that affects the exterior appearance of your home or lot, you must submit an Architectural Control Request (ACC) form and receive written approval from the ACC.

The ACC's review is limited to determining whether the proposed improvement is compatible with the appearance and character of the community. The ARC does not review plans for compliance with applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, permit requirements, or other City regulations. Obtaining any required permits and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and codes is solely the responsibility of the property owner.
