Architectural Control Review Request

The Architectural Review Board is made up of non- Board member residents. 

For any repairs, replacements and/or modifications affecting the external appearance of a residence, an ACC request needs to be completed, forwarded to the ACC and approved before proceeding.  The ACC reviews the request and determines if it is fitting with the community.  The ACC does not review requests with respect to meeting any building or city codes.  Determining the need and meeting any and all building and city codes are the responsibility of the property owner.


The completed ACC form, along with any supporting information, is to be scanned and emailed to: hoic-accrequest@outlook.com
